This week’s stress relieving pose will be the Corpse Pose.

Corpse Pose

  1. Lie down with your arms and legs resting on the floor
  2. Position your feet slightly wider than your hips
  3. Let your feet relax and toes turn outward
  4. Extend your arms out on the floor beside you 45 degrees from your body
  5. Align head, neck and shoulders with spine
  6. Breathe in slowly through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth allowing your body to completely relax
  7. Remain in Corpse Pose for 10-20 minutes
