Legs-Up-The-Wall-Pose
- Sit down on the floor facing a wall with your body, getting as close to it as possible
- Gently lie down on your back and rest your legs on the wall, extending them upward
- Get your hips as close to the wall as (comfortably) possible
- Extend your arms out on the floor beside you
- Breathe in slowly through your nose and slowly exhale out through your mouth
- Hold Legs-Up-The-Wall-Pose for 15 minutes
