Week 2 mindfulness challenge

Observe how you are feeling as you practice these mindfulness techniques. Have you noticed anything different this past week? Keep a log, or journal, of how you feel every day this week and see if you detect any shifts.

Surprisingly, things were not so chaotic!

Personally, I have observed myself being more playful and patient this week as I practiced mindfulness during periods of the day that can be rather chaotic. Instead of feeling overwhelmed or getting impatient I noticed my thoughts and emotions (didn’t judge it) and chose to be present in a more productive and constructive manner. Surprisingly, things were not so chaotic!
