I challenge you to think of someTHING YOU ARE THANKFUL FOR EACH WEEK as we go through the month of November and celebrate Thanksgiving.
Take time every Thursday (or whatever day serves you best) to yourself to reflect and focus on one thing you are grateful for and give thanks. While you are drawing your attention to what you are grateful for you may also want to take it a step further by closing your eyes and practicing your deep breathing, basking in gratitude. What a great and easy way to relax, rejuvenate and justFEEL GOOD!
I am thankful for my family and the love and support they are giving me right now as we are preparing to welcome our baby girl into our lives any day now!
So this will be my last post for a while as I am going to be on maternity leave. I encourage you to revisit other posts in my Thirsty for Thursday Blog and continue to take time for yourself to relaxandrebalance. Honestly, I have just a handful of relaxation techniques I go through that have become my go to. Hopefully you can find a few (or even just one) of the many I have shared over the past few months that you can use routinely in your daily lives!
Please feel free to post comments and I will reply as soon as I can! I will still be working on my book as well so check back in for updates with Farm Dog Fred here on my website and on my Facebook page.
