This week’s stress relieving pose will be the LEgs-Up-The-Wall-Pose.

Legs-Up-The-Wall-Pose

  1. Sit down on the floor facing a wall with your body, getting as close to it as possible
  2. Gently lie down on your back and rest your legs on the wall, extending them upward
  3. Get your hips as close to the wall as (comfortably) possible
  4. Extend your arms out on the floor beside you
  5. Breathe in slowly through your nose and slowly exhale out through your mouth
  6. Hold Legs-Up-The-Wall-Pose for 15 minutes
